Worldwide
Reports to: Founder / Managing Director Works closely with: Head of Growth Type: Full-time About the role We run a multi-storefront ecommerce business on Shopify. We're looking for an Ecommerce Store Manager to own the day-to-day running of our storefronts — keeping the catalog tight, the numbers visible, and our growth and payment operations moving. This is a hands-on coordination role for someone organised, numbers-literate, and comfortable working across several stores at once. This role is not responsible for customer service, order fulfilment, or back-office operations — those sit with separate teams. Your focus is the store front-end, performance reporting, and supporting growth and payments. What you'll do: Support channel expansion (with the Head of Growth) Partner with the Head of Growth to launch and scale new sales and acquisition channels. Coordinate the store-side setup new channels require — listings, feeds, tracking, and creative assets. Help test new storefronts and ensure they're launch-ready and consistent across the portfolio. Manage product uploads and the catalog Track and coordinate product uploads across all storefronts, making sure listings go live accurately and on schedule. Keep product data clean and consistent: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and variants. Maintain a clear record of what's live where, and flag gaps or errors. Track KPIs and reporting Own the regular reporting cadence on the metrics that matter — conversion, approval rates, retention, channel performance, and store-level health. Keep dashboards current and surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities early. Turn raw data into clear, actionable summaries for the founder and Head of Growth. Support payment processing management Monitor payment gateway and processor performance Liaise with payment partners and vendors on day-to-day issues, onboarding, and reconciliation support. What we're looking for 2+ years in an ecommerce operations, store management, or merchandising role (Shopify experience strongly preferred). Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple stores and priorities without dropping detail. Comfortable working with data — spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPI reporting. Familiarity with payment processing Self-directed, reliable, and able to work async in a small, fast-moving team. Nice to have Exposure to Google Shopping, Meta, or other paid acquisition channels. Experience managing multiple storefronts or brands in parallel.
