Ecommerce Strategist / Google Ads Expert (Remote, Contract)

Endless Digital is a Melbourne-based performance marketing and ecommerce agency working with DTC and ecommerce brands across Australia, New Zealand, and the US. We're a Google Premier Partner, Meta Preferred Partner, and Shopify Partner, running Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify development, Klaviyo, CRO, and SEO for growing brands. We're looking for an ecommerce strategist with deep Google Ads expertise to own a portfolio of client accounts on a contract basis. This is hands-on strategy and execution, not just campaign management. Some crossover with AEST business hours is needed for client calls and team syncs. What you'll do Manage and scale Google Ads accounts (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) across multiple ecommerce clients Build and execute ecommerce growth strategy tying paid media to broader business goals Analyse account performance and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations Join client calls directly, presenting results and shaping strategy conversations Collaborate with our Meta Ads, Shopify, and CRO teams to align on cross-channel strategy Identify scaling opportunities and testing roadmaps for high-growth accounts What we're looking for 3+ years running Google Ads for ecommerce or DTC brands, with proven ROAS results Strong grasp of Shopify, GA4, and ecommerce tracking fundamentals Comfortable owning client relationships, not just execution Reliable availability with some overlap with AEST business hours Sharp analytical thinking, you can read a report and know what it actually means Clear, confident communicator, internally and with clients Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or CRO Contract details Remote, flexible hours with required AEST overlap for client-facing work Ongoing contract, hours scaled to account load Rate negotiable based on experience Why join us Work directly with the founder and senior leadership, no layers of bureaucracy Exposure to a diverse portfolio of ecommerce brands across ANZ and the US Genuine autonomy over your accounts and strategy Long-term contract potential as the agency scales Apply with your CV and a short note on your biggest Google Ads win.
