**Video Editor — Full-Time, Fully Remote** We're an ecommerce group running a portfolio of DTC brands doing $1–10M/month in revenue. We're looking for experienced video editors to join our team full-time and edit ad creatives for us. **What you'll do** - Edit high-performing video creatives for paid social (Meta) - Work from scripts we provide — no guesswork - Learn our AI generation toolkit; we teach you how to use it to produce great videos fast **Pay structure** - Base: $2,000/month - Bonus: 1% of all conversions attributed to the ads you edit - Some editors on our team earn $10k+/month in bonuses alone **Growth path** - Opportunity to progress into a scriptwriter–editor role - Triple bonuses at that level — some of our scriptwriter–editors make $30k+/month **Requirements** - Experienced video editor - Available full-time - Fully remote — open to any country **To apply** Send examples of videos you've edited, ideally DTC brand creatives for Meta ads.
