Edit Videos for SaaS "University"

## About the Project We are building *LicenseSpring University*, a structured e-learning platform for our software product. We are looking for a skilled video editor to produce a polished series of 30 training videos across two tracks (Tracks 1 & 4), with the possibility of ongoing work on Tracks 2 & 3 and additional content afterward. --- ## What You'll Be Editing Each video will be approximately 3–5 minutes long and will typically include: * Screen recordings * Audio narration (provided) * Presentation slides (provided) * Title/intro slides built from our Adobe Illustrator template (you will modify the .ai file per unit with the correct content) * Lower thirds and callout graphics (.ai files provided) to be incorporated for a professional look * A LicenseSpring University intro animation of no more than 3 seconds, to be used on the program introduction, track introductions, and individual units * Background music (we will cover a small royalty fee for appropriate licensed music) We will also provide: the script, edit instructions, and any additional assets for each batch. --- ## How We'll Work Together We will deliver assets in batches of 3–5 videos at a time, with clear written instructions per batch. While you are editing one batch, we will be preparing the next, so the workflow is designed to keep you moving without waiting on us. Payments will be structured as milestones — approximately every 5 completed videos — so both sides have a clear, manageable cadence. --- ## Scope & Budget * **30 videos total** (Tracks 1 & 4) * We estimate this project should take a skilled editor no more than **80 hours** to complete * We are looking for a **fixed-price proposal** for the full 30-video scope * Please include your hourly equivalent and any assumptions in your proposal --- ## Future Opportunities This is the beginning of a larger project. We are actively planning: * **Tracks 2 & 3** (additional 30+ videos, same format) * A **"Welcome to LicenseSpring University"** intro video, which will likely require [*add details here — e.g. motion graphics, voiceover, screen capture, etc.*] We are looking for a long-term collaborator, not just a one-off hire. --- ## What We're Looking For * Proven experience editing e-learning or software tutorial videos * Comfortable working with Adobe Illustrator files to customize templates (you don't need to be a graphic designer — just able to update text/content in existing .ai files) * Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing software * Organized, responsive, and able to work from written instructions without hand-holding * Portfolio or samples of similar work required --- ## To Apply Please include: 1. 1–2 samples of relevant video editing work (e-learning, software demos, or similar) 2.
