Edit a 2-hour audio recording

I did a QHHT hypnosis session. The recording is about 2 hours and 45 minutes long. Around 45 minutes of the session is audible. The rest of the time, I am whispering and sometimes talking quickly. Can you please help me edit the audio so the entire recording is one uniform volume level that can be clearly heard?
