I’m looking for a talented long-form video editor to join me on an exciting, growing YouTube channel. The videos are cinematic, storytelling-style fitness videos (you’ll get full examples). Your role will be to edit videos based on a provided voice-over, clips, and clear instructions — bringing them to life with strong pacing, emotion, and cinematic flow. Deliverables What I offer: 📈 Long-term collaboration — the channel is growing fast. As the channel grows, the number of videos and pay rates will increase. 🧠 Full creative support — I’m an experienced editor myself, so I’ll guide you, share tools, tips, and feedback to make the process smooth. 🗣️ Voice-over tools provided — you won’t need to record anything yourself. 📅 At least 1 video per week, with more if the quality is excellent. ⸻ 💰 Payment: $3 per minute of final video (e.g., a 10-minute video = $30).
