Editor for short form content on TikTok/Instagram (Dutch, Eng or Español) pro: affection with Mexico

Dutch, English and/or español English: For my personal Instagram/TikTok/Youtube (shorts) account, I am looking for an editor. I have many ideas, and footage, but I lack time and motivation to edit it into short form content videos. The videos are about the life in Mexico as a Dutchie/European. So affection with Mexico is a big pro. I make content in all three languages so you can help me with (minimal) one of the languages, and I can translate for the other 2, if necessary. I will share the raw footage with you, you just have to edit in a video. Could be different type of videos: talking head, little day vlogs, explanation videos with a lot of B-roll. Sometimes I’ll ask you to write a script. To apply I would like you to share 2 or 3 videos you editted. Can be for yourself, for a client or a video you didn't post. Then I would like to have a call and discuss the details. We can do a trial period of 4 weeks with 2 videos a week. You receive $15 per video. Then we can evaluate: do you like it, are we both happy, do we communicate well and get on, etc. If we’re both happy with that, we can then move on to a more intensive collaboration, with more videos per week and a higher fee per video. And maybe, with time, we could also explore long-form content. Nederlands: Voor mijn persoonlijke Instagram-/TikTok-/YouTube-account (shorts) ben ik op zoek naar een editor. Ik heb veel ideeën en video's, maar het ontbreekt me aan tijd en motivatie om dit te bewerken tot TikTok/shorts/reels. De video’s gaan over het leven in Mexico als Nederlander/Europeaan. Affiniteit met Mexico is dus een groot pluspunt. Ik maak content in alle drie de talen, dus je kunt me helpen met (minimaal) één van de talen, en ik kan indien nodig voor de andere twee vertalen. Ik zal de ruwe beelden met je delen, je hoeft ze alleen maar te monteren tot een video. Het kunnen verschillende soorten video's zijn: talking head, korte dagvlogs, uitlegvideo's met veel B-roll. Soms zal ik je vragen om een script te schrijven. Om te solliciteren wil ik graag dat je 2 of 3 korte video's (TikTok's/shorts/reels) deelt die je hebt geëdit. Dat kunnen video's zijn van jezelf, voor een klant of een video die je niet hebt gepost. Daarna wil ik graag even bellen om de details te bespreken. We kunnen een proefperiode van 4 weken doen met 2 video's per week. Je ontvangt $15 per video. Daarna kunnen we evalueren: vind je het leuk, zijn we allebei tevreden, communiceren we goed, is er een klik etc. Als we daar allebei tevreden over zijn, kunnen we overgaan tot een intensievere samenwerking, met meer video's per week en een hogere compensatie per video. En misschien op termijn ook long form content maken. Español: Para mi cuenta personal de Instagram/TikTok/YouTube (Shorts), busco un editor. Tengo muchas ideas y material de vídeo, pero me falta tiempo y motivación para convertirlo en vídeos cortos. Los vídeos tratan sobre la vida en México como holandésa/europea. Por eso, sentir afinidad por México es una gran ventaja. Creo contenido en los tres idiomas, así que puedes ayudarme con (al menos) uno de ellos, y yo puedo traducir los otros dos si es necesario. Compartiré el material en bruto contigo, solo tienes que editarlo en un vídeo. Podrían ser diferentes tipos de vídeos: talking head, pequeños vlogs diarios, vídeos explicativos con mucho B-roll. A veces te pediré que escribas un script. Para presentar tu candidatura, me gustaría que compartieras 2 o 3 vídeos que hayas editado. Pueden ser para ti mismo, para un cliente o un vídeo que no hayas publicado. Después, me gustaría que hiciéramos una llamada para discutir los detalles. Podemos hacer un periodo de prueba de 4 semanas con 2 vídeos a la semana. Recibirás 15 $ por vídeo. Entonces podremos evaluar: si te gusta, si ambos estamos contentos, si nos comunicamos bien y nos llevamos bien, etc. Si ambos estamos satisfechos, podemos pasar a una colaboración más intensa, con más vídeos a la semana y una tarifa más alta por vídeo.
