Editorial Designer Needed for Executive Leadership Report
Worldwide
I'm looking for an experienced Adobe InDesign editorial designer to create a polished executive report for my company's leadership offsite. This is not a presentation deck. It is a professionally designed report that will be printed and used as the primary discussion document during our executive strategy session. The report will be approximately 30 to 40 pages. I will provide all copy, photos, charts, logo, brand fonts, color palette, and any supporting materials. The content will be finalized before the project begins. I'm not simply looking for someone to format pages. I'm looking for someone who can elevate the document by improving visual hierarchy, organizing information clearly, and recommending layouts that make the report more engaging and easier to digest for an executive audience. The report includes strategy, organizational design, financial priorities, product and merchandising, digital, wholesale, hiring, timelines, frameworks, and action plans. I'd love someone who is comfortable suggesting better ways to present information visually through diagrams, comparison tables, process flows, timelines, icons, and other editorial elements where appropriate. The overall aesthetic should feel premium, modern, clean, and executive. The design should rely primarily on white space, typography, and thoughtful layout, with photos and graphics used intentionally rather than decoratively. The goal is clarity, organization, and readability. Deliverables Adobe InDesign source files (.INDD) Packaged InDesign files (fonts and linked assets) Print-ready PDF High-quality PDF for digital viewing The report will be professionally printed at Staples as a folded booklet, so it should be properly prepared for commercial printing with correct margins, image resolution, and bleed if needed. I expect to send the final content Tuesday evening (Pacific Time) and need the completed files delivered by Thursday around noon (Pacific Time). Please Include in Your Proposal 1) 2 to 3 examples of executive reports, annual reports, white papers, or editorial publications you've designed. 2) Confirmation that you've prepared documents for commercial printing. 3) Confirmation that you can meet the timeline above. 4) Confirmation that you'll provide the fully editable InDesign files, packaged assets, and print-ready PDF. I'm looking for someone with a strong editorial eye who can transform the content into a document that feels polished, strategic, and worthy of an executive leadership team.
