Editorial Operations Manager

We're a fast paced next-generation PR and AI-search-visibility agency. We get companies featured in media outlets like Forbes, Inc, VentureBeat, WIRED, Fast Company - and recommended by AI like ChatGPT, Claude and Google. We're growing fast, and are looking for a rockstar teammate to manage client writing projects in our custom-built app and proven workflows. The work consists primarily of overseeing our client's content pipeline and managing the relationship between our clients and our media partners. It's relationships, relationships, relationships. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING -Building genuine relationships with clients and being their go-to person for overseeing their drafts and making sure they are represented accurately and powerfully -Conducting check-in calls with clients as needed - simply to keep them updated, answer any questions, and overall to simply make sure they feel taken care of -Guiding each client through the content process and improving the seamless operations - kickoff, drafting, review, and publication - with clear, confident communication -Coordinating between the client and our editorial partners so every piece gets delivered smoothly and on time -Spotting opportunities to deliver more value and deepen the relationship The whole job comes down to one thing: clients feel taken care of and are happy with our ability to cover them accurately and powerfully.
