Video & Photo Editors Needed for Growing Marketing Agency (Long-Term Opportunity) We are a growing creative marketing agency looking to build a reliable roster of talented video and photo editors for ongoing contract work. Our agency works across multiple industries including: • Small businesses • Corporate brands • Nonprofits • Sports and athlete content • Personal brands • Commercial and promotional marketing campaigns We are looking for editors who are: • Responsive and communicative • Able to meet deadlines consistently • Available for ongoing work • Comfortable editing different styles of content • Open to feedback and revisions when needed • Professional and dependable Most projects include: • Instagram Reels / TikTok edits • Promotional videos • Event recap videos • Commercial-style edits • Sports content • Podcast/social clips • Brand storytelling content • Photography retouching and color correction Requirements: • Fast response times • Strong organization and file management • Ability to deliver projects on time • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and/or Photoshop • Strong understanding of pacing, music, captions, transitions, and modern social media editing styles • Ability to color grade footage professionally and apply LUTs when necessary • Ability to color correct and enhance photography content • Understanding of cinematic visuals and polished brand presentation • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment You do NOT need to specialize in one specific niche, but you should be versatile and capable of adapting to different client styles and industries. Bonus if you have experience with: • Motion graphics • Sound design • Sports edits • Cinematic storytelling • Corporate/commercial editing • Social media optimization • Advanced color grading workflows When applying, please include: 1.
