The consultant will analyze the dissertation, identify key findings, and develop a proposal that aligns with district goals. The final product will include a detailed curriculum plan, implementation strategies, and evaluation metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development and education consulting. Project Description: I am the author of a completed doctoral dissertation focused on developing a Homeland Security and Emergency Management curriculum for high school students. The dissertation includes: Original research Input from educators and emergency management professionals A proposed four-year curriculum framework Workforce development and career pathway recommendations Supporting qualitative research and findings I am seeking an experienced education consultant, curriculum developer, former school administrator, CTE specialist, or educational program consultant to help transform my dissertation into a professional district-ready product. Project Objectives: Review and analyze my dissertation. Develop a professional executive summary suitable for school district leadership. Create a 5–10 page implementation proposal. Develop a pilot program concept for a high school. Recommend curriculum packaging and licensing options. Provide guidance on school district adoption and approval processes.
