About the Organisation Good to Great Schools Australia (GGSA) partners with schools and school systems to support school improvement along a journey from Poor to Fair, Fair to Good and Good to Great. GGSA has an experienced team of professionals who support the school team, students, and parents effectively. Each school receives significant training, coaching, data monitoring and tools to enable them to develop into great teachers, deliver effective instruction to every child, and continually improve on the journey to becoming a great school. About the Role The Product Development Manager is responsible for: Drafting, coordinating, assigning and monitoring staff to achieve delivery of the Annual Plan for Education Product Development. Managing the product development process through stages of assembly and ensure team deliver to quality standards of the organisation. Support documentation related to GGSA products. Maintain all team use of GGSA Style Guide, Product List and Publishing Services Operating Manual to ensure writing, branding and editing compliance throughout GGSA. Support marketting to draft and produce marketing writing including webinars, blogs, web copy and product descriptors. Supporting teams to produce high-quality explicit instruction writing, digital and print products, and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of the publishing process. The Manager also has responsibility for training and supervising staff, as well as managing the operations of the teams to ensure adherence to the GGSA innovation model and playbook processes. Prefer knowldge of technology tools, curiculum and professional learning in primary and high schools.
