Education PR Writer & Graphic Designer for 5-Year Federal Contract

YEAGER LLC is actively preparing a prime proposal for an upcoming 5-year remote contract with the US Department of Education (National Assessment Governing Board). The contract centers on public relations, content development, and social media management within the K-12 education policy space. This is a pre-award proposal partnership. To satisfy strict federal compliance for our team roster, we are vetting established, US-based freelance professionals for two distinct roles: ROLE 1: Senior PR Specialist & Copywriter - Responsibilities: Draft and edit 2–3 national op-eds/commentaries per month (750–1,200 words), build national media lists, and translate complex K-12 data into plain language. ROLE 2: Digital Media & Graphic Specialist - Responsibilities: Manage and publish content to LinkedIn, X, and Facebook; design graphics using Adobe Experience Manager templates; maintain compliance logs.
