Summary

Job Description: Multimedia Producer, Slide Designer & Online Course Creator (MVP Stage) Project Overview We are launching an innovative, online, Al-driven student success and career-exploration platform for middle and high school students. We have a tested, 6-unit core curriculum (Dreams, Resources, Enthusiasms, Attributes, Motivations, and Strengths). We are seeking a methodical, highly organized Multimedia Producer & Presentation Designer to 1) First work with middle school and high school instructional designers to buld a Project Plan outlining Phases (deliverables, timing, cost). 2) After approval, team will proceed to execute the plan, starting with an MVP ("Chevrolet") and moving to a "Rolls Royce" over time. This role is a hybrid of visual presentation design, Al audio engineering (text-to-speech tracking), and light video editing. You will create clean, professional slide decks, generate and sync consistent Al voices, and embed curated motivational hooks. Also create or select short, engaging videos for certain lessons. And prepare online training presentations for teachers and coaches. Key Responsibilities 1. Presentation Slide Deck Design • Create twelve clean, highly professional, and visually engaging slide decks to introduce each Unit (6 for the 6th-grade track, 6 for the 9th-grade track) using standard layout tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva templates). May be more required for specific lessons. • Prioritize bold typography, clear spatial layout, and age-appropriate data structures over dense walls of text, optimized for early adolescent and teen focus limits. 2. Al Voiceover Generation & Audio Syncing • Utilize our corporate Elevenlabs account to generate vocal narration tracks from our finalized scripts. • Manage the Text-to-Speech (ITS) configuration to ensure perfect pacing, warm human cadence, and zero artificial robotic stuttering. • Sync the generated audio files perfectly to animate, time, and advance with the corresponding slide visual transitions. 3. Micro-Learning Unit Intro Videos & External Sourcing • Produce twelve short "hook" videos (one introducing each of the 6 units per grade level), roughly 60 to 90 seconds long. No custom animation is required; you will dynamically blend stock video, text overlays, and the ElevenLabs Al audio track. May be more for specific lessons. • Curated Context Media Sourcing: Research, identify, and securely clip short, high--engagement, age-appropriate secondary media clips (such as relevant excerpts from TED Talks, historical archives, or high-quality public narratives) that visually amplify abstract concepts within the lessons (e.g., a 45-second clip on "Moonshot Thinking" to accompany the Dreams unit). 4. Support both LTI 1.3 and SCORM-Optimized Streaming Delivery • Rather than rendering heavy video files directly into the lesson output packages, you will host files via our secure external cloud stream networks (e.g., Vimeo, Bunny.net) and integrate them into the presentation layers using HTMLS (iframe) embed codes to ensure rapid, district-safe server loading. 5. Gamified Visual Assets • Design 6 clean, downloadable PDF "Achievement Badges" or visual summary milestone sheets that students unlock upon completing a curriculum unit. * May be "bricks" to add to user's personal graphic of their personal path/roadway 6. Online Materials for teacher and coaches training * Slide decks with AI Voiceover * Short "hook" videos showing key concepts, desired tasks, etc. required of teachers and coaches 7. All student materials must meet FERPA, COPPA, and other minor student safety and privacy requirements. Required Technical Qualifications & Software Stack • Experience: 3+ years in digital content creation for online courses, corporate training modules, or EdTech layout design. • Layout Suites: Mastery of Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and/or Canva. • Editing Software: Proficiency with professional timeline editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve). • Al Tooling: Hands-on familiarity with advanced Al voice generation networks and voice cloning workflows (specifically Elevenlabs). • elearning Formats: Practical understanding of media constraints inside LMS environments and SCORM 1.2/2004 web output configurations. * Knowledge of FERPA, COPPA, and other minor student safety requirements. Ownership, Licensing, and Privacy Requirements (Non-Negotiable) 1. Full Intellectual Property Transfer (Work-for-Hire): This project is strictly a "Work-for-Hire." Upon final milestone payment, our business maintains absolute, immediate, and exclusive worldwide ownership of all copyrights, raw editable master assets (project source files, timelines, asset bundles), and final rendered data. The freelancer retains no ongoing commercial use or distribution rights. 2. Verified Stock & Media Licensing Rights:The freelancer is solely and strictly responsible for ensuring that all stock video footage, background graphics, fonts, and external clips used within the program are fully cleared and licensed for commercial use and educational distribution. No un-cleared copyright or royalty-bearing material may be introduced. 3. Minor Data Privacy Compliance (COPPA/FERPA): Because this platform targets middle and high school students, the freelancer must maintain a strict privacy workflow. No real student data, names, images, or school identifiers provided during testing or production may be stored locally, shared, or leaked. All pipelines must respect minor-protection standards. All content presented must adhere to these regulations as well. Timing Tight timeline. Completion of Project Plan by September 1. If plan is approved, and applicant is selected to execute the plan, final MVP product must be completed by November 30. Application Instructions To apply, please provide a brief cover letter, your resume, a link to your portfolio showing explainer videos, digital training slide decks, or course modules you have produced that showcase your ability to cleanly coordinate text-on-screen, background media, and voiceover tracking. Please indicate your familiarity with Elevenlabs or similar Al audio processing platforms. Include your desired flat fee to complete the initial Project Plan. Submit all BY JULY 27.
