Educational Product Designer (ABA & Special Education Resources)

Summary We are an ABA company expanding into the development of educational resources for BCBA's, paraprofessionals, RBT's, and parents. We have a strong vision for our products and will provide detailed content, objectives, and design parameters. We are seeking a creative and reliable Educational Product Designer to bring these ideas to life. Responsibilities * Design engaging, visually appealing educational products and printable resources * Create technology based downloadable materials for BCBA's and RBTS * Utilize Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel or similar design platforms to develop professional products * Incorporate high quality licensed stock photos, graphics, and visual elements when appropriate * Format content in a way that is easy to use, visually organized, and instructionally effective * Collaborate with our team to revise and refine products based on feedback * Maintain consistency across product lines and brand standards Qualifications * Strong graphic design and layout skills * Experience creating educational materials, curriculum resources, worksheets, task cards, visual supports, or similar products * Access to licensed stock photography and graphics resources * Proficiency with Canva, Google Slides, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable programs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects * Professional, responsive, and easy to work with Preferred Experience * Background in ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or related fields * Experience creating products for platforms such as Teachers Pay Teachers * Understanding of accessibility and learner friendly design principles * Familiarity with visual supports, behavior supports, and instructional materials for diverse learners What We Provide * Detailed product concepts and content direction * Clear project expectations and design parameters * Ongoing collaboration and feedback * Opportunity for long term work as our product library expands
