Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Freelancer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Personal & Coaching, der uns flexibel in Vertretungssituationen (z.B. bei Urlaub oder Krankheit) unterstützen kann. Bei uns verbindest du deine Expertise in BWL mit Schwerpunkt HR/Psychologie oder Pädagogik mit didaktischer Begleitung und unterstützt Lernende. Deine Aufgaben: • Coaching & Begleitung: Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden durch 1:1-Coachings, Diskussionen und praxisnahe Übungen – a• uch über die Weiterbildung hinaus • Wissensvermittlung: Präsentation von Fachinhalten, Beantwortung von Fragen und Analyse von Fallbeispielen • Projektarbeit & Consulting: Begleitung interner Projekte sowie Unterstützung bei der praktischen Umsetzung von Wissen • Content & Redaktion: Erstellung von Fachartikeln, Blogbeiträgen und Vorträgen • Weiterentwicklung: Optimierung von Lernmaterialien und Mitgestaltung neuer Bildungsformate Das solltest du mitbringen: • Studium/Ausbildung in BWL mit Schwerpunkt HR/Personalmanagement oder Pädagogik/Ewachsenenbildung/Bildungswissenschaften oder Psychologie (mit Schwerpunkt Arbeits-/Organisationspsychologie) • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise auch in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden, im Führungscoaching oder in der Personalentwicklung • Idealerweise zertifizierter Coach (m/w/d) • Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit für neue Technologien • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Wir bieten: Langfristige Zusammenarbeit, klare Verantwortlichkeiten, hoher Impact. In this role, you will combine your expertise in business administration with a focus on HR/psychology or education with didactic guidance to support learners. Your responsibilities: • Coaching & Support: Guide participants through 1:1 coaching sessions, discussions, and hands-on exercises – also beyond the duration of the program • Knowledge Transfer: Deliver expert content, answer questions, and support the analysis of case studies • Projects & Consulting: Contribute to internal projects and support participants and companies in applying their knowledge in practice • Content & Editorial Work: Create high-quality articles, blog posts, and presentations • Continuous Improvement: Optimize learning materials and contribute to the development of new, innovative learning formats Your profile: • Degree or vocational training in business administration with a focus on HR/personnel management, or in education/adult learning/educational sciences, or psychology (with a focus on organizational or occupational psychology) • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally including leadership experience, leadership coaching, or personnel development • Ideally a certified coach (m/f/d) • Strong team skills and openness to new technologies • Excellent German and English language skills What we offer: Long-term collaboration, clear responsibilities, and high impact.
