Educational Workbook & Course Designer Needed (Canva or InDesign)

This is a premium, paid coaching program called The Social Blueprint. It helps high-performing adults rebuild real social confidence and deeper relationships. The workbooks you'd be designing are the actual tool people use, week by week, to change how they show up in their lives. This isn't filler content for a course nobody finishes, it's the core deliverable people pay for. Good design here isn't decoration, it's part of what makes the program actually work for people. All content is already written. I'm not looking for a writer, I need a true workbook/course design specialist. Not a generalist graphic designer who does a bit of everything. Someone who lives in this lane: workbooks, course materials, ebooks, and can look at a rough draft and immediately see how to turn it into one premium, consistent system. Current style: navy, gold, white, with some accent colors. I want it to feel premium, modern, clean, and easy to read. Never cheesy, never a basic school worksheet. Think high-end coaching brand, not generic template. THE DOCUMENTS (about 282 pages total. Most pages repeat a small number of layout types, so once the system is built, the work is precise, consistent execution, not 282 separate designs): - Main 12-Week Program Workbook — 166 pages - 90-Day Daily Wisdom Guide — 91 pages - Course Playbook — 9 pages - "Think It. Do It." handout — 3 pages - Weekly Workbook Companion — 13 pages WHAT I NEED: - One premium design system: fonts, colors, spacing, headers/footers, page numbers, covers, tables, worksheet boxes, section dividers - That system applied with care and consistency across all 5 documents, every page should feel intentional - Print-ready and digital-ready PDF exports - Built in Canva (this is my first time managing a project like this, so you'll set up the shared Canva workspace and I'll just accept the invite) WHAT WORKING WITH ME LOOKS LIKE: I respect your expertise. I'm not going to micromanage your design choices or ask for 10 rounds of pointless revisions. I'll give clear feedback, pay on time through Upwork milestones, and trust you to do what you do well. If you do good work here, this isn't a one-off, there's more material coming down the line and I'd rather build a long-term relationship with one great designer than shop around every time.
