Efficient and Detailed Video Editor

Hiring a detailed and efficient video editor to sort through a high volume of timelapse footage. The footage is primarily wide shots of the creation of large scale art pieces. The right candidate should understand how to cut and consolidate timelapse video to showcase project progress, leaving out uneventful or irrelevant footage. The right candidate will also be skilled at cropping timelapse videos seamlessly with respect to various details. I intend to use this footage for youtube videos of various lengths, and may ask you to create shorts as well. Most importantly I am looking for someone that can follow instructions, take constructive feedback and direction, is comfortable asking clarifying questions, and can clearly communicate their availability with advance notice. I would like to hire someone for a few consecutive projects, and if we work well together, ideally have a consistent stream of projects. Fluent english speakers are preferred.
