# E-Learning Platform Modernization Project ## Project Overview We are seeking a partner to migrate and modernize our existing sales e-learning program onto a new learning management platform (LMS). The training content already exists and has been successfully used by our sales teams. The objective is not to develop new training from scratch, but rather to transform, update, and optimize the existing content within a modern, user-friendly digital learning environment. ## Project Scope ### 1. LMS Configuration and User Access * Set up the e-learning platform using an existing LMS solution. * Create and manage user login credentials and access rights. * Define user groups, roles, and permissions as required. * Ensure secure access and data management. ### 2. Content Migration * Transfer all existing training modules into the new platform. * Review existing content structure and optimize navigation and user experience. * Ensure compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. ### 3. Content Modernization The current training materials are functional but visually outdated and require modernization. This includes: * Replacing existing avatars and characters with more contemporary designs. * Updating graphics, illustrations, animations, and visual elements. * Refreshing layouts and user interfaces to align with modern e-learning standards. * Improving learner engagement through interactive elements where appropriate. * Ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity throughout the program. ### 4. Multilingual Adaptation * Maintain and update all existing language versions. * Review and integrate translations across all required languages. * Ensure consistency of terminology and user experience across markets. * Facilitate future language updates and additions. ### 5. Learning Tracking and Reporting The platform must include: * Individual learner tracking. * Progress monitoring. * Module completion status. * Time spent on training. * Reporting dashboards for administrators and managers. * Exportable reports where applicable. ### 6. Assessment and Certification * Integrate knowledge assessments and quizzes where relevant. * Track successful completion of training modules. * Automatically generate certificates upon course completion. * Maintain completion records within the LMS. ### 7.
