Electrical Controls Engineer (AutoCAD Electrical + Rockwell Studio 5000)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to support the redesign of an industrial machine. This project requires someone who is comfortable working on both the electrical design and PLC programming. The existing machine documentation is available, but several components are obsolete and need to be updated. Project Responsibilities: • Review the existing electrical schematics and PLC program. • Replace obsolete electrical components with current equivalents. • Update the electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical. • Generate an updated Bill of Materials (BOM). • Modify the existing PLC program using Rockwell Studio 5000. • Communicate recommendations or issues throughout the project. Requirements: • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical. • Experience with Rockwell Studio 5000 (Version 38 preferred). • Experience programming Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLCs. • Experience updating industrial machinery controls. • Ability to work independently and communicate progress regularly.
