Electron.js Developer

About the role You will design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using Electron.js that run on Windows, macOS, and Linux. You'll work closely with our team to deliver reliable, high-performance software. Responsibilities ▸ Build and maintain cross-platform desktop applications with Electron.js ▸ Integrate front-end UIs (HTML/CSS/JS or React/Vue) with back-end Node.js logic ▸ Optimize performance, memory usage, and app startup times ▸ Handle app packaging, auto-updates, and distribution (Windows, macOS, Linux) ▸ Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews ▸ Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues across operating systems Requirements ✓ 2+ years of experience with Electron.js ✓ Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and Node.js ✓ Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) ✓ Familiarity with IPC (inter-process communication), main and renderer processes ✓ Experience with tools like electron-builder, electron-forge, or similar ✓ Understanding of security best practices in Electron (context isolation, CSP) ✓ Version control with Git Nice to have
