Summary

My client runs a holiday villa rental site in Cyprus on WordPress + Houzez, mostly built with Elementor. We need an experienced Houzez developer to implement two custom templates from our HTML/CSS mockups using Houzez Theme Builder + Elementor dynamic property widgets. 1) Single Villa Listing — a global Single Listing template (Elementor Pro) applied to all villas, using Houzez dynamic widgets (gallery, meta, description, amenities, video, map). Includes a booking sidebar + availability calendar connected to a booking plugin (HBook/Lodgify or similar) with a working date picker, pulling booked dates per villa. Must match our mockup. 2) Properties page — map + grid villa search results (sticky map, pins linked to cards) with filters for region, bedrooms, guests and dates, using Houzez search results / Search Builder, styled to our mockup. Requirements: both templates responsive and matching the mockups; single listing replicable across all villas; calendar/date picker wired to the booking plugin; work on our staging server.
