Elite B2B Closer Needed, SMMA, Warm Booked Meetings, 30% Commissions

We're looking for a high-performance sales closer to join my agency and close warm, pre-booked appointments. if you need scripts, hand-holding, or struggle to close, this is NOT for you. I’m looking for a killer closer who can step into a proven system, take warm inbound calls, and close consistently. We run a Social Media Marketing Agency helping home service businesses in the US, UK, CAD, AUS, EU (Movers, Air Duct Cleaners, Roofing, HVAC, Flooring etc.) generate leads and booked jobs. We'll also be swtiching to HIGH VOLUME lead selling too, to big companies. You won’t be cold calling. You won’t be chasing leads. You won’t be setting appointments. You will be calling for a brief to confirm if they will show up, and then do the Main Closing Calling. We currently generate 2 to 3 qualified appointments per day in (US & CAD) + EU too if you're in EU (Will have more as we get along) What You’ll Be Doing: • Taking pre-booked, qualified sales calls • Controlling the conversation and identifying buying signals • Handling objections without sounding scripted • Closing deals on the call • Logging outcomes in CRM Compensation: • 30% commission per deal • Average ticket: $750 to $2000 [WAY MORE for big companies] • 2 to 3 calls per day provided (More will be provided in future) Who This is For: • Closers who have already sold SMMA, lead gen, or similar services • People who understand how to sell outcomes, not services • Confident communicators who don’t rely on scripts • Closers who take ownership of their numbers Steps -- Lead Gen (using Ads/Cold DMs) -- They show interest -- you give them a quick call (5-10 mins) to test the waters, if you think they're qualified-- you book a time for a proper meeting -- close them on the meeting.
