Elite Google Ads Strategist for eCommerce

We’re hiring an elite Google Ads operator to help us bring Google Ads in-house for our eCommerce brands. This is not a basic campaign management role. We want someone who can audit, restructure, optimise, and scale a multi-product store profitably. We will likely test you on a new store first. If you perform well, this can turn into a larger long-term role across multiple brands. What we need: • Audit an existing Google Ads account • Identify wasted spend, structural issues, tracking issues, and feed problems • Recommend exactly what should be fixed • Explain how you would structure Google Ads for a multi-product eCommerce store • Build a setup that can scale profitably • Think in terms of profit, efficiency, and product-level performance You must have: • Strong Google Ads eCommerce experience • Experience scaling multi-product stores • Strong knowledge of Shopping, Search, PMax, Merchant Center, feeds, and tracking • Real case studies • Client references • Clear commercial thinking, not generic agency fluff
