Elite Graphic Designer & Tumbnail Designer

Join a High-Growth Content Team Budget: $300/month (ongoing) We are building out a personal brand and content-to-cash system and we need a graphic and thumbnail designer who can move fast. You will be working as part of a growing team producing YouTube videos, Instagram reels, and short-form content at scale. What You Will Do: - Design YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and CTR - Create branded graphics for Instagram stories, carousels, and posts - Design landing page graphics and funnel assets - Deliver on tight turnaround times (24-48 hours) What We Need: - You must show us examples of thumbnails and graphics you have designed - You must tell us your average turnaround time per asset - You must be comfortable working within a team structure (we use Slack, Notion, and Drive) - You must be hungry, not just good To Apply: Send us three thumbnails you have designed, one Instagram carousel or story graphic, and tell us how long it takes you to turn around one thumbnail. No fluff. Show us the work and the speed. This is a long-term role. If you are fast and your work converts, we will raise your rate. If you are slow, you will not last. We are looking for the best.
