We are Silverstein Financial Group and we are looking for a top-tier Meta Ads specialist with PROVEN experience generating affordable, high-quality life insurance leads. This is NOT a general social media management role. We need someone who understands: Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) Life insurance / financial services advertising compliance Ad copywriting that converts Creative development (static, video, UGC, hooks, CTAs) Landing pages & funnels Lead nurturing strategy Cost-efficient lead generation Testing frameworks and scaling Primary Goal:Generate consistent, affordable life insurance leads with strong intent and measurable ROI. What You’ll Own:✅ Full Meta campaign setup and management✅ Audience research and targeting strategy✅ Ad copy creation (multiple variations)✅ Creative production (graphics/video concepts)✅ Landing page recommendations✅ Lead form optimization✅ A/B testing and optimization✅ Weekly reporting with actionable insights✅ Scaling campaigns while maintaining CPL goals Ideal Experience: Demonstrated success in life insurance, final expense, mortgage protection, annuities, Medicare, financial services, or closely related verticals Ability to show: Cost per lead (CPL) Conversion rates Example creatives Campaign structure Actual results (screenshots/case studies preferred) Familiarity with CRMs and automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred) To Apply, answer ALL of the following: What insurance/financial brands have you worked with?
