We are a fast-growing home service company looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can communicate flawlessly, think critically, and operate at a high level in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling customer communication, lead follow-up, scheduling, and administrative tasks that directly impact revenue. Compensation: $9–$20/hour, depending on experience and performance Exceptional candidates may start at a higher rate Long-term opportunity with consistent hours and growth potential Location Preference: Preferred: South America or United States Open to: Worldwide applicants Fluent, near-native English is REQUIRED Spanish is a PLUS Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls with a professional and confident tone Make outbound calls to new leads immediately Follow up with customers regarding estimates and scheduling Send text messages and emails to customers Data entry and CRM updates Coordinate and schedule appointments Maintain clear and detailed notes What We’re Looking For: Perfect or near-perfect English (non-negotiable) Strong verbal communication skills Ability to control and guide conversations Fast thinker who can adapt in real time Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling customer objections Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a major plus Training & Tools: We will train you on: Our call handling systems CRM tools Lead management and follow-up strategies You are expected to learn quickly and execute consistently. 🚨 IMPORTANT – APPLICATION REQUIREMENT (READ CAREFULLY): To be considered, you MUST complete the following: 1.
