Email Appointment Setter (Full-Time Remote)

We are looking for a full-time Email Appointment Setter to engage with business owners and decision-makers through email outreach and schedule qualified appointments for our team. This role is focused exclusively on email communication. No cold calling is required. Responsibilities * Send personalized outbound emails to business owners and executives * Follow up consistently with prospects * Handle email conversations professionally and confidently * Qualify interested prospects * Schedule appointments for senior team members * Maintain accurate CRM records and notes * Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets Requirements * Exceptional written English (native or near-native level) * Ability to write naturally and professionally in an American business tone * Strong understanding of sales psychology and email communication * Experience with cold email, lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B sales * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Ability to work independently and manage large volumes of email conversations * Available full-time during U.S. business hours
