We pride ourselves on clear communication and delivering top-notch service in both English and Spanish. **Role Overview:** We’re seeking a creative and driven Email Campaign Lead who will spearhead all of our Spanish-language email campaigns across home, renters, mobile home, and auto insurance. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email sequences and integrating them seamlessly into our CRM system. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Jotform and a strong sense of graphic design to enhance each campaign. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the strategy, design, and execution of email campaigns in Spanish for multiple insurance lines. * Integrate email campaigns into our CRM platform for seamless lead nurturing and tracking. * Use Jotform to create and optimize lead capture forms. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies. * Design eye-catching graphics to boost engagement using your graphic design skills. * Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** * Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – required. * Proven experience in leading email marketing campaigns, ideally in the insurance or financial industry. * Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). * Hands-on experience with Jotform for form creation and optimization. * Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. * Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the team. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and supportive team environment. * The opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing insurance agency. * Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
