Email Copywriter (Klaviyo/E-commerce) | Full-Time | Long-Term Position

About Us We're a fast-growing eCommerce email marketing agency helping Shopify brands generate more revenue through high-converting email campaigns and automated flows. We're looking for a talented Email Copywriter who understands customer psychology, can adapt to different brand voices, and enjoys writing persuasive marketing emails. Position Overview: Full-time (40 hours/week) Write up to 8 email copies per day Manage copywriting for 7–8 client accounts Collaborate with strategists, designers, and account managers Salary: $500/month Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth brand and audience research for every client Write engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns and flow emails Produce up to 8 email copies per day while maintaining high quality Match each client's unique brand voice and messaging Apply customer psychology and persuasive copywriting techniques Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with strategy Take feedback well and make revisions when needed Meet deadlines consistently Requirements: Excellent written English At least 1 year of email copywriting experience, preferably for eCommerce brands Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior Experience researching brands and identifying their tone of voice, target audience, and messaging Ability to write compelling subject lines, preview text, and email body copy Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions Hiring Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete: A brand research exercise using our research template A short email copywriting test based on one of our client brands A paid 4-day trial if selected after the assessment
