About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce email marketing agency looking for a talented Email Copywriter to join our team on a long-term basis. We are not looking for agencies—only dedicated freelancers who are passionate about customer psychology, brand research, and writing high-converting email campaigns. Role Overview As our Email Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating engaging, conversion-focused email copy for multiple e-commerce brands. You should be able to understand each brand’s unique voice, audience, and customer behavior to write emails that drive revenue. Compensation & Schedule: Full-time position (40 hours per week) Write approximately 8 email copies per day Manage 7–8 client brands Monthly payment: $500 Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth brand and audience research for assigned clients Understand customer psychology and buying behavior Write compelling, high-converting email copy aligned with each brand’s tone of voice Manage multiple client accounts efficiently Collaborate with the internal team and follow feedback and instructions effectively Maintain consistent quality while meeting daily deadlines Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in email copywriting (preferably for e-commerce brands) Strong understanding of customer psychology, brand positioning, and audience research Excellent written English and communication skills Ability to adapt writing style based on different brands and audiences Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once Hiring Process: To ensure we find the right fit, shortlisted candidates will complete a trial assignment: Conduct a detailed brand research using our provided template Demonstrate their understanding of the brand, audience, and customer motivations Write sample email copies based on their research Successful candidates may proceed to a paid 4-day trial period before a long-term offer
