Email Copywriter (E-commerce) – Full-Time | Long-Term Position

About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce email marketing agency looking for a talented Email Copywriter to join our team long-term. We are looking for someone who deeply understands customer psychology, can conduct detailed brand research, and can write high-converting email campaigns that drive sales. Position Overview: Write 8 email copies per day Full-time commitment (40 hours per week) Collaborate closely with our internal team Manage copy requirements for 7–8 e-commerce brands Understand each client's unique brand voice and target audience Compensation: $500/month Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on client brands, audiences, and customer behavior Write engaging, persuasive, and conversion-focused email copies Maintain each brand’s tone, messaging, and voice Work efficiently while meeting daily copy targets Take feedback and implement revisions effectively Communicate and collaborate with the team regularly Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in email copywriting Strong understanding of customer psychology and buyer behavior Experience researching brands and developing audience insights Excellent written English communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Experience with e-commerce brands is highly preferred Hiring Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete a brand research trial using our research template. We will evaluate the depth of their research and their ability to understand the brand’s audience and positioning. Selected candidates will then complete a few trial email copies before moving forward to a 4-day paid trial period.
