About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce email marketing agency helping online brands increase revenue through high-converting email campaigns and automated flows. We're looking for a talented Email Copywriter to join our team full-time. Overview: Full-time (40 hours per week) Write up to 8 email copies per day Manage 7–8 client accounts Collaborate with designers, email strategists, and account managers Conduct audience and brand research before writing Create persuasive, conversion-focused email copy Salary: $500/month Responsibilities: Write up to 8 email copies per day Conduct in-depth research on client brands, products, competitors, and target audiences Develop email copy that matches each client's unique brand voice Create promotional, newsletter, and campaign emails that drive engagement and sales Collaborate with designers and strategists to produce high-performing emails Revise copy based on feedback and meet deadlines consistently Qualifications: We're looking for someone who has: At least 1 year of experience writing email copy for e-commerce brands A strong understanding of customer psychology and persuasive copywriting Experience conducting audience and brand research Excellent written English and communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms is a plus Hiring Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete a short assessment. You will be asked to: Research one of our client brands using our research template Demonstrate your understanding of the brand, audience, and customer psychology Write several sample email copies based on your research Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will be invited to a 4-day trial before receiving a long-term offer.
