Email Deliverability Audit & Fix

We're a pet care marketplace based in Europe sending onboarding, transactional, and marketing emails via Brevo. Users on both sides of our marketplace have often reported not receiving emails, and we're seeing drop-off in onboarding that we suspect could be caused by deliverability issues. Current situation: 1) We send emails from our main brand domain not a subdomain 2) We have some Brevo stats but need someone to do a more thorough analysis. 3) SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are in place, but we would like to double check these We need someone to properly diagnose what's happening, fix it, and hand it back cleanly documented. Scope of work: 1) Verify SPF, DKIM, DMARC are correctly set up and aligned (not just present) 2) Check domain and IP reputation across major blocklists 3) Review Brevo account health: bounces, complaint rates, unsubscribes 4) Inbox placement testing across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and key European providers 5) Flag any content/structural factors affecting spam scoring (no copywriting needed) 6) Request delisting from any blacklists where we appear Implement all fixes directly — not just a recommendations report 7) Handover doc: DNS config, Brevo settings post-fix, monitoring checklist Expertise needed in: 1) Email Deliverability 2) Brevo 3) DNS Configuration 4) Email Marketing 5) DMARC / SPF / DKIM
