Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Expert to design, implement, and manage a complete email deliverability program for a new outbound email initiative. We will be using SendGrid as our email platform and have an existing audience of approximately 3,000 contacts and extended list of 50,000 who previously engaged with our surveys and email communications. The goal is to maximize inbox placement, protect domain reputation, minimize spam complaints, and establish a scalable sending infrastructure that can support future marketing and transactional email campaigns.
