Summary

Looking for a true email deliverability expert (not a general email marketer) to handle two separate projects. Both need an audit AND hands-on implementation of the fixes. I don't need a report I then have to hand to someone else to execute. **PROJECT 1: KIT.COM DORMANT LIST REACTIVATION** I have a list on Kit.com (formerly ConvertKit) of roughly 29,000 subscribers that hasn't been mailed consistently. The list has real potential, but before we start sending regularly I need it cleaned up and set up for strong inbox placement from day one. Scope includes: - Full deliverability audit of the Kit.com account and sending domain - DNS review and setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI where applicable) - Domain/IP reputation check and remediation plan - List hygiene (bounce cleaning, disengaged segment strategy, suppression list) - Re-engagement/warm-up sequence strategy and setup - Inbox placement testing (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo at minimum) - Clear warm-up ramp plan for returning to consistent sending **PROJECT 2: GOHIGHLEVEL (GHL) DELIVERABILITY AUDIT AND FIXES** Separate business running marketing, newsletter, and nurture emails through GoHighLevel. Current deliverability is unclear and I want it reviewed and fixed. Scope includes: - Full deliverability audit of the GHL setup (sending domain, subdomain, DNS, authentication) - SPF, DKIM, DMARC review and implementation - Sending domain/subdomain strategy review (is the current setup right?) - Review of current sending patterns, list health, and engagement segments - Inbox placement testing across major providers - Hands-on fixes directly inside the GHL account - Recommendations on content, frequency, and segmentation where they affect deliverability **WHAT I NEED FROM YOU** - Written audit for each project with findings and specific fixes - Hands-on implementation of the fixes (I'll grant the access you need) - Clear before/after inbox placement data - A simple handoff document so my team can maintain good deliverability going forward **MUST-HAVES** - Deep, demonstrable email deliverability expertise (not general email marketing) - Hands-on experience with Kit.com / ConvertKit - Hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel - Strong DNS and authentication chops (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, alignment, policy) - Experience reviving dormant or neglected lists without getting the sending domain blocked - Familiarity with Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft sender requirements - Comfortable using tools like Google Postmaster, MXToolbox, GlockApps, Mail-Tester, etc. **NICE TO HAVE** - Experience with personal brand / coach / creator audiences - Familiarity with subdomain strategy for separating marketing from transactional sending - BIMI setup experience **HOW TO APPLY** In your proposal, please include: 1. A specific example of a dormant or damaged list you revived and the measurable inbox placement improvement 2. A specific GHL deliverability project you've worked on and what you fixed 3. Your typical process for a deliverability audit (what tools, what you check, what you deliver) 4. Whether you'd scope these as two separate fixed-price projects or one combined engagement, and your proposed pricing for each 5.
