Email Deliverability – Our Leads Land in Spam Instead of the Inbox

We are a performance marketing agency serving the DACH market, working with coaches, consultants, and experts on client acquisition through webinar funnels. Our daily business consists of generating leads through paid advertising (mainly Meta Ads), nurturing them via email, and converting them into paying customers. Our goal is to build a reliable, predictable system in which every lead we generate is actually reached. That's exactly why we are looking for the right specialists for the long term. 2) The Problem We run Meta Ads and collect email addresses through them, including via e-books, free content, and other lead magnets. The problem: a large portion of our emails don't land in the primary inbox, but in the promotions tab or directly in spam. As a result, our messages aren't seen and we lose valuable potential customers. This problem is ongoing and costs us revenue with every campaign. We work with GetResponse and ActiveCampaign. 3) Our Proposed Solution We are looking for someone with excellent expertise in email deliverability who can set up our entire system so that our emails reliably land in the inbox, regardless of whether the lead came through an e-book, paid advertising, or another channel. Specifically, we expect the following, among other things: Clean domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI if applicable) Building and maintaining sender reputation, including domain and IP warmup Optimizing deliverability within GetResponse and ActiveCampaign (configuration, segmentation, sending logic) List hygiene and bounce management so our reputation doesn't suffer Optimizing email structure and content so we move from the promotions tab into the primary inbox Monitoring and reporting so we can continuously measure deliverability and make adjustments If available, please include some references or case examples where you measurably improved deliverability. Timeline: We would like to start soon and have the foundational setup cleanly in place within the first few weeks.
