Email Deliverability Specialist — Instantly.ai / Cold Email Infrastructure

We are running outbound cold email campaigns for a B2B client and need an experienced email deliverability specialist to set up the sending infrastructure. What you'll be doing: - Set up and configure sending domains — SPF, DKIM, DMARC authentication for all domains What we're looking for: - Deep hands-on experience with Instantly.ai — this is the primary tool for this role - Strong understanding of cold email deliverability — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, inbox rotation - Experience troubleshooting spam placement and blacklist issues - Ability to work independently and flag issues proactively without waiting to be asked - Previous campaigns achieving 35%+ open rates preferred Project details: - Contract type: Hourly - Duration: less than a month - Hours: 1 hour - Experience level: Intermediate to Expert Please include examples of campaigns you've managed — open rates, reply rates, and any deliverability issues you resolved.
