Job Title: Email Deliverability Specialist (Temporary Contract) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced email deliverability expert to help us assess and improve the health of our email sending practices. Recently, a security incident resulted in unauthorized account creation and invitation emails being sent out from our system. We want to ensure that this hasn’t harmed our email reputation or led to emails landing in spam folders. Key Responsibilities: - Audit our current email deliverability, including inbox placement rates. - Investigate the impact of recent unauthorized emails on our sender reputation. - Collaborate with our team to improve our email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and overall sending practices. - Provide clear recommendations to restore and sustain a healthy email deliverability rate. Qualifications: - Proven experience with email deliverability and reputation management. - Familiarity with email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and anti-spam best practices. - Ability to assess email performance metrics and provide actionable insights. This is a short-term contract position, focused on bringing us back to a strong and trusted email reputation.
