Email Deliverability Specialist

Roles and responsibilities 1. Perform end-to-end email operations via various platforms 2. Create and manage different servers for email deliverability 3. Analyze email engagement using metrics and tools 4. Look for patterns in customer needs and ways to improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness through tools and processes. Skills 1. 3 to 5 years of experience in email deliverability 2. Expert in managing servers and IP rotation 3. Thorough understanding of email technology, 4. Expert in email marketing tools such as Sendgrid 5. Required experience with an ESP, ISP, or email authentication vendor 6. Demonstrated understanding of email, SMTP, MTAs, IP strategies, authentication technologies, reputation strategies, data hygiene, privacy, opt policies, anti-spam policies 7. Ability to work with cross-functional teams
