Requirements • Proficiency in Figma • Experience designing marketing and promotional emails • Strong understanding of email design best practices, layouts, and responsiveness • Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines • Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines About the Role My name is Dulan, and I manage a large volume of email design projects for clients across Australia and Europe. Due to increasing demand, I am looking for a reliable designer who can support ongoing projects. Most email design tasks are straightforward and can typically be completed within 1–2 hours. There is a consistent flow of work available for the right candidate. Preferred freelancer can send your proposal with your recent email design in Figma, and I will send invites from next project onwards so you don’t need waste your connects. Responsibilities • Design high-converting, visually engaging email campaigns for e-commerce brands using Figma. • Maintain and accurately represent each client's brand identity, including visual style, color palette, typography, and overall design consistency. • Apply email marketing and conversion-focused design best practices to improve readability, user engagement, and click-through rates. • Strategically structure email layouts, ensuring key messages, offers, and call-to-action (CTA) elements are prominently placed for maximum impact. • Create clean, responsive email designs that provide an excellent user experience across desktop and mobile devices. • Manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and quality standards. • Collaborate effectively with internal team members, incorporating feedback and revisions in a timely manner. • Follow detailed design briefs and adapt quickly to different industries, brands, and campaign objectives. • Stay up to date with current email design trends, e-commerce marketing strategies, and industry best practices. • Maintain organized Figma files and design systems to support efficient project workflows
