Email Designer (AI-Savvy) – Test-to-Retainer

We're a Klaviyo-focused email marketing agency working with D2C e-commerce brands. We're looking for a reliable designer to produce hero creatives for email campaigns — at scale and on a recurring basis. What you'll do: - Design hero creatives (the main visual/banner at the top of campaign emails) - Work from highly templatized layouts — your main job is to bring a fresh look per campaign: new background images, fresh compositions, clean on-brand styling - Start with hero creatives only. Over time we'll expand to other email sections and more complex templates - Manage your tasks in ClickUp and design in Canva or Figma Volume & pay: - 10 creatives per brand per month (fixed) - $5–10 per creative depending on experience → a fixed $50–100 retainer per brand, every month - Once you're established, you can take on up to 5–7 brands — so this scales into steady, predictable recurring work (roughly $250–700/month) How we start: - We'll run a test with one brand first. If it works well and the collaboration is smooth, you take on more brands from there.
