Email Designer (E-commerce) – Full-Time | Long-Term Position

About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce email marketing agency looking for a talented Email Designer to join our team long-term. We need someone who understands email design strategy, customer attention flow, and how to create visually appealing emails that convert. Position Overview: Create 8 email designs per day Full-time commitment (40 hours per week) Collaborate closely with our internal team Manage design requirements for 7–8 e-commerce brands Understand each client’s brand identity and create designs that match their tone and style Compensation: $500/month Responsibilities: Design engaging, high-converting email creatives for e-commerce brands Apply strong design principles, hierarchy, and layout strategies to maximize engagement and sales Ensure clear messaging, effective CTAs, and important elements placed strategically (e.g., above the fold) Maintain brand consistency across all email designs Manage multiple clients while meeting daily design targets Take feedback and make revisions quickly and accurately Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in email design Strong understanding of email design strategy and conversion-focused layouts Excellent portfolio demonstrating the ability to match different brand styles and audiences Understanding of design elements such as visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and call-to-action placement Good English communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Hiring Process: Shortlisted candidates will have their portfolio reviewed to evaluate how well their designs align with the brands they have worked with, including their use of proper email design strategies such as strong visual hierarchy and effective CTA placement. Candidates who meet our standards will move forward to a 4-day paid trial period.
