Email Designer for E-Commerce Agency (Klaviyo / Figma)

About us I run an email marketing agency working with 7, 8, and 9-figure e-commerce brands. We handle strategy, copy, design, and implementation. I need a designer who can turn that copy into beautifully designed emails that sell, and do it fast. What you'll do -Design campaign and flow emails in Figma from finished copy docs (copy, layout notes, and design direction provided) -Deliver first drafts within 24 hours and turn client revisions around quickly -Bring real creativity beyond the brief. I'll give you direction, but I want a designer who looks at the copy, understands what it's trying to do, and elevates it. Not someone who drops text into a template -Match each client's brand: fonts, colors, photography style, overall vibe -Design for conversion. Clear hierarchy, one obvious CTA, mobile-first You do NOT need to build in Klaviyo. My tech handles implementation. Your job is the design. Volume We're onboarding slowly and deliberately. You'll start around 7 emails per week, and as you prove out, this scales quickly to 40-50 per week at full capacity. This is a real ongoing seat for the right person, not a one-off gig. You're a fit if -You have actual taste and design intuition. Your portfolio shows range, not the same template recolored ten times -You have e-commerce email designs to show (not just social graphics or web design). Required. Applications without email examples get skipped -You're fluent in Figma and understand email constraints: 600px width, live text vs. image text, mobile rendering -You're diligent, hit deadlines without being chased, and can handle volume without quality slipping To apply -Link 3 to 5 e-commerce email designs you made (Figma links or images, and note which parts were your work) -State your hourly rate OR per-email rate.
