Email Designer

We are looking for an experienced Email Designer to support contract-based email design work for a fast-moving marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing clean, modern, conversion-focused email campaigns for B2B or B2C brands. You should be comfortable turning campaign briefs, brand guidelines, copy, and examples into polished email designs that are ready for development or deployment. Responsibilities: * Design responsive email layouts for campaigns, newsletters, nurture flows, and promotional emails * Create clean, on-brand designs that work well across desktop and mobile * Work from existing brand guidelines, templates, and creative direction * Prepare design files for handoff to email developers or marketing teams * Suggest improvements to layout, hierarchy, CTA placement, and visual flow * Support revisions quickly and professionally Requirements: * Proven experience designing marketing emails * Strong portfolio of email design work * Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools * Understanding of responsive email design best practices * Ability to design emails that are visually strong but also practical to build * Strong attention to detail, spacing, typography, and brand consistency * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Nice to have: * Experience designing emails for SaaS, tech, media, advertising, or e-commerce companies * Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms * Basic understanding of HTML/email development limitations Please include: 1.
