Email Developer Needed — Custom-Code Existing Klaviyo Templates (Figma Provided)

Project Overview We already have our email flows configured in Klaviyo and our design finalized in Figma. What we need now is a developer who can custom-code these designs into Klaviyo so they render correctly — pixel-accurate, brand-consistent, and dark-mode safe — across all major inboxes and devices. This is not a strategy, design, or flow-building project. The logic and layout already exist. We need someone who can take what's already been designed and built and translate it into clean, custom-coded HTML/CSS that actually performs in real inboxes. If you primarily work inside Klaviyo's native drag-and-drop block builder, this is not the right fit for you. We need a developer who hand-codes. Scope of Work Custom-code our email templates (Figma files provided) to match the design exactly — image placement, typography, spacing, and layout hierarchy Implement dark-mode-safe rendering so branding, colors, and layout do not break or invert on iOS Mail, Gmail app, or Outlook Ensure full mobile responsiveness across breakpoints Test and send live test emails (not screenshots) across major clients before final delivery Deliver clean, reusable custom code that we own and can use going forward without ongoing dependency on you Non-Negotiable Requirements Proven experience hand-coding custom HTML/CSS email templates — drag-and-drop-only experience will not be considered Must have direct experience with data-ogsc / data-ogsb selectors and prefers-color-scheme media queries to prevent dark-mode color inversion on iOS and Android Must be able to demonstrate prior custom-coded work with an actual live test email sent to a real inbox — not a Figma mockup, not a screenshot, not a sample only viewable in your own editor What We're NOT Looking For brand strategy, copywriting, or flow logic — that work is complete. This is a focused, technical implementation job. Budget Structure We are looking for a fixed fee, not an hourly retainer or open-ended engagement.
