AMICE is a Dutch aluminium luggage brand founded in 2024. We design premium aluminium suitcases built to last a lifetime — designed in the Netherlands, manufactured in Asia, sold at a fair price. We're a small, fast-moving team that's serious about quality and brand. Our Klaviyo account is the engine behind our email marketing. Right now, it has room to grow — and we're looking for someone who wants to own that growth completely. The role We're not looking for someone to execute a brief. We're looking for someone who takes the keys and drives. You'll have full ownership of our Klaviyo account. That means you decide what gets sent, when it gets sent, which flows need building, and what the data is telling us. There's no micromanagement and no approval chain for every idea — if you think something will work, you try it. Weekly responsibilities: Plan, write, build and send one email campaign per week Monitor all active flows — open rates, click rates, conversion, revenue Identify gaps in the flow setup and build what's missing Report on performance and share what you're testing and why Ongoing ownership: Full management of lists, segments and suppression A/B testing subject lines, content, timing and CTAs Keeping the account clean and deliverability healthy Growing revenue from Klaviyo — that's the single metric that matters What we're offering This is a commission-based role. Your income grows directly with the results you deliver inside Klaviyo. We believe that's the right structure for this — if the account performs, you earn more. No cap. We'll also give you: Full access to the Klaviyo account from day one Our brand guidelines and asset library Direct contact with the founder for context and feedback Freedom to experiment — this is your playground Who we're looking for Must-have: Proven experience managing Klaviyo for an e-commerce brand Strong understanding of flow architecture (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, browse abandonment) Ability to write email copy that doesn't sound like marketing Experience with segmentation and list management Data-driven — you make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions Nice to have: Experience in the travel, lifestyle or premium goods space A feel for editorial, brand-led email design Familiarity with HTML email templates You are: Self-directed — you don't need to be told what to do next A strong communicator — you keep us in the loop without being asked Someone who treats a brand account like it's their own Honest about what's working and what isn't Our brand in one paragraph AMICE is calm, refined and direct. We don't do loud marketing. Our emails feel like a message from a friend who travels well — not a promotional blast.
