GoHighLevel Email Deliverability & Outbound Automation Specialist Overview We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel and email deliverability specialist to build a scalable outbound email engine for The Training Solution. Our target market includes: * Sports Training Facilities * Athletic Performance Centers * Independent Gyms * Sports Chiropractors The objective is to create a highly deliverable outbound email system that generates qualified discovery calls while maintaining excellent inbox placement. Scope of Work We are looking for someone who can: Email Infrastructure * Set up multiple outbound domains (5) * Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records * Configure domain forwarding if needed * Set up inboxes for appointment setters(3 for each domain) * Ensure optimal email deliverability * Minimize spam placement Email Warm-Up * Warm all domains and inboxes properly * Implement best practices for sender reputation * Monitor deliverability metrics * Ensure inboxes are ready for outbound campaigns GoHighLevel Setup * Configure outbound email infrastructure inside GoHighLevel * Set up workflows and automation * Configure pipelines * Set up lead tagging and tracking * Build appointment booking automations Campaign Development * Build outbound drip campaigns * Create follow-up sequences * Configure automated nurture campaigns * Segment campaigns by audience type Target Audiences: 1.
