Email Graphic Designer

We're a boutique email marketing agency that works with growing eCommerce and DTC brands. We're looking for a skilled graphic designer who specialises in email marketing design - someone who understands how to make emails look great and convert. This isn't a general graphic design role. We need someone who knows the difference between a beautiful landing page and a high-performing email - and designs accordingly. What you'll be doing: - Designing campaigns and flow emails for multiple eCommerce brands - Working from creative briefs and copy docs to produce on-brand, conversion-focused email designs - Designing within Klaviyo's email editor (or producing assets that integrate seamlessly with it) - Collaborating with our copywriting and account management team - Following brand guidelines while bringing your own creative eye to every send What we're looking for: - 2+ years of experience designing specifically for email marketing (not just general graphic design — we want someone who's lived in this space) - Proficiency in Canva and Figma - Experience working in or designing for Klaviyo - Strong portfolio showing email design work (campaigns, flows, or both) - Ability to take direction, work autonomously, and meet deadlines without hand-holding - Comfortable working with an Australian-based team (async-friendly, but overlapping hours are a plus) Bonus (not required): Experience using ClickUp for project management and task delivery How we work: We're a small, tight team that values quality over quantity.
