EMAIL INFRASTRUCTURE SETUP — ONE-TIME PROJECT OVERVIEW I am an experienced email marketer currently paying a high monthly fee with a major ESP (email service provider) for a list of 24,000 contacts. I want to move off this platform and onto a self-managed email infrastructure that I own and control — dramatically reducing my monthly costs while maintaining or improving deliverability. WHAT I NEED SET UP I need a complete, working private email sending system. This includes everything required for: - Storing and managing my subscriber list (segments, tags, unsubscribes) - Writing and scheduling email campaigns and automated sequences - Delivering emails reliably to inboxes at high volume (up to 24,000+ sends per day) - Proper authentication records so my emails are trusted (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) - Tracking opens and clicks - Handling bounces and unsubscribes automatically and in compliance with CAN-SPAM / GDPR I am not prescribing which tools or platforms to use. I want you to propose what you would recommend and why, based on cost, reliability, and ease of use for a non-technical person managing it day-to-day. DELIVERABILITY REQUIREMENTS Good inbox placement is critical to my business. I understand the importance of warming up a new sending IP/domain and I am prepared to do this properly.
